Agently is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC, used descriptively to indicate compatibility — the packs are files you run inside your own Claude Code installation, on your own account.

Open-source material

The packs bundle and adapt open-source material published under MIT and Apache licenses. Attribution and the original license texts are preserved in every pack, in CREDITS.md and the LICENSES/ directory. The upstream authors have not reviewed, endorsed, or sponsored Agently; their licenses permit this use, and we keep their notices intact because that is both a license condition and the right thing to do.

Benchmark statements

Any statement we make about agent performance refers to our published benchmark methodology and published results. Where results have not yet been published, we say so, and anything illustrative is labeled as illustrative. Benchmark results describe performance on our fixtures under stated conditions, not a guarantee of results in your environment.

Competitor references

Agently has no affiliation with wshobson/agents or with Agentary. Where this site names them, it does so for comparison only, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners. wshobson/agents is also one of the open-source projects our benchmark uses as a baseline — referencing it is a statement about our methodology, not a claim of any relationship.
