Terms of service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of Agently packs. By paying for a pack line or subscribing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed — the short version is that you buy files, and your copy is yours to use for yourself or your organization, but not to resell. Questions go to krishnacodes321@gmail.com.

1. What Agently sells

Agently sells curated packs of agents, skills, and commands for Claude Code, organized in the standard Claude Code plugin layout, with per-agent model routing and a CLAUDE.md onboarding scaffold. The packs are delivered as an invitation to a private GitHub repository. Much of the underlying material is adapted from open-source projects under MIT and Apache licenses; what you pay for is the assembly, taxonomy, scoring, and ongoing curation. Attribution is preserved in CREDITS.md and the LICENSES/ directory of every pack.

2. Your license

Your purchase grants you a license to use the packs for yourself or within a single organization. You may modify the packs for your own use — that is the point of them. You may not republish, redistribute, or resell the collection, in whole or in substantial part, whether modified or not. The upstream open-source components remain under their original MIT and Apache licenses; you must keep CREDITS.md and the LICENSES/ directory intact in any copy you keep. Nothing in these terms restricts rights you already have to the upstream material under its own license — the restriction applies to our assembled, scored collection.

3. Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase. It grants lifetime access to the paid pack line via the private repository — including future updates to those packs. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: for as long as Agently operates the repository. It is not a subscription and it never renews or charges again.

4. Current

Current is an optional monthly subscription: new packs each month and a benchmark refresh on model releases. It renews monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email krishnacodes321@gmail.com from the address you purchased with; cancellation is acknowledged the same day and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

5. Delivery

After purchase, we send an invitation to the private GitHub repository within 24 hours, to the email address and optional GitHub username you provided at checkout. Each delivery is watermarked per buyer. There is no DRM and no license server — the watermark exists so that a leaked copy can be traced, nothing more. If your invitation has not arrived within 24 hours, email us and we will fix it.

6. No outcome warranty

The packs are prompt files. What they produce depends on your model, your Claude account and its limits, and your codebase — none of which we control. We warrant that the files are as described and delivered as promised; we do not warrant any particular output, quality of output, or cost saving in your environment. Review what an agent does before you rely on it, the same way you would review a colleague's script.

7. Benchmark claims

Where we make claims about agent performance, those claims refer only to our published benchmark methodology and published results. Where results have not yet been published, we say so, and anything illustrative is labeled as illustrative. Benchmark results describe performance on our fixtures under stated conditions; they are not a promise of equivalent results in your environment.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the packs or this site is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, API or subscription costs incurred while using the packs, or the consequences of code an agent wrote and you shipped.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will email the address on your purchase before it takes effect. For anything unclear, write to krishnacodes321@gmail.com. Refunds are covered separately on the refund policy page, and trademark and affiliation notices on the disclaimer page.
