Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Agently sells files, not attention, so there is very little to collect and this policy is short. We take an email address and, optionally, a GitHub username — that is the whole customer record.
What we collect
- Your email address, and the GitHub username you optionally give us at checkout so we can invite you to the delivery repository.
- Payment status. Payment itself is handled entirely by Razorpay — your card, UPI, and bank details go directly to them, and we never see or store them.
- Nothing else. This site runs no analytics and no tracking scripts. The free tools on this site run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us — what you paste into them never leaves your machine.
What we use it for
Three things: delivering your repository invitation, processing refunds and cancellations, and answering you when you email support. That is the full list. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Retention and deletion
We keep purchase records for as long as tax law and financial regulation require. For everything else, email krishnacodes321@gmail.com from your purchase address and we delete your data within 30 days — the exception being the payment records we are legally required to retain, which Razorpay also holds under Indian financial regulations.
Processors
Three third parties process data on our behalf: Razorpay, for payments; Cloudflare, for hosting this site; and GitHub, for delivering the packs through a private repository. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, and each sees only what its job requires — GitHub, for instance, sees your username because that is how an invitation works.
